Description of the issue:
I’m watching a video on a drama streaming site. When I play it, the video seek bar reaches a certain point (e.g., 0:02), and the sound starts stuttering and turning into a distorted, robotic effect, making it completely unlistenable.

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
No. I tried to launch as new private window without any extensions & turned off the shield. The issue still happened.

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome?
Yes, both edge & chrome are working. Only happened in Brave.

Alternatives to resolve it but none of them working
- uninstall nvidia gpu driver with DDU. Then reinstall driver with clean start.
- uninstall and reinstall realtek sound driver.
- reset brave browser with no extension at all, even uninstall & reinstall again.
- Turn off brave graphic acceleration when available option under settings section.
