Brave sync if I format Windows

I have a question, now I have activated the synchronization on the browser in Windows on only one device,

and I saved the code in a safe place,

if I format Windows or move to another device and format the current device,

will the bookmarks and other things remain linked to my synchronization code?

The meaning of your words, it cannot be relied upon for backup,
I have another solution I have a container in AWS,
can I send the local backup from the browser data on a daily basis to the container?
Where can I find the browser or local synchronization data in order to keep it and send it to the AWS container
