Description of the issue: When loading a YouTube video with ads, it takes a long time (2-3 minutes) for the video to load if you have Brave Shields on.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Turn on Brave Shields
Click on a YouTube video with ads at the beginning of the video
Expected result: The video keeps loading. You can see the video length number on the bottom left corner keep flashing

Did both, and YouTube videos with ads are still taking a long time to load with Shields on.
Update: YouTube videos can load normally if Shields is in Ad block only mode.
Can you visit https://myadcenter.google.com/home and turn off Personalized ads? This may help as a work-around right now.
Thank you for the reply. I played with Shields a bit and tried a bunch of stuff. It turns out it was the experimental ad blocker on the filter list that caused the problem. Everything is fine once I don’t use it. When it is on, the Trackers, ads, and more blocked numbers go up to 99+ and keep going. I am guessing that when the experimental ad blocker is on, Shields keep trying to block a bunch of stuff, causing the video not being able to load.
