it seems that on the pixel launcher (pixel 4a), it is not possible to change the search widget size…
It always takes 5X2 boxes size which is very annoying, due to taking too much of the screen size.
Am I missing something here?

On my Motorola g7 all I get is a 5 x 2 widget that takes up a lot of space.
Please fix this issue.
