I am not too interested in earning from Brave Rewards and I just wan’t to support Brave Search by seeing ads in the search engine, but there is no option on brave://rewards to see search engine ads (image attached)

Brave Rewards is not linked to a payment account.
I am not using a VPN.
Search ads are no longer included in Brave Rewards. Additionally, they were not eligible for Rewards even when they were present in the Ads settings.
Alright. Is there any way to still enable them?
You can turn Shields off while on Brave Search, and it’ll not block anything on Brave Search.
But, even with shields off, I don’t think you’re going to see an ad. The only thing Shields ends up blocking on Brave Search is “https://search.brave.com/api/feedback”, that it.
(Actually, I don’t even see how you can donate to Brave on their website should you wish to just donate.)
