Hello Brave Community,
I’m having a problem with Brave Rewards on my Windows laptop.
For the past 6 days, my Brave Rewards dashboard has shown 0 ads received and 0 BAT.
My settings are:
- Rewards country: Bangladesh (BD)
- New Tab Page Ads: ON
- Notification Ads: ON
- Notification Ads limit: Max 10/hr
- Payout account: Connected
- Key info seed: Valid
I checked brave://rewards-internals and found several errors in the Rewards Log, including:
- Failed to fetch payment token
- Failed to process kViewedImpression confirmation for kNewTabPageAd
- Failed to process kViewedImpression confirmation for kNotificationAd
- Failed to fire notification ad event due to missing …
Interestingly, the log also says that new tab page ad creatives were successfully saved.
Could someone please help me understand whether this is a Rewards/payout connection problem or an issue with Brave Ads in my region?
