Brave Rewards ads are displayed but Total Ads Received stays at 0 – Ad Diagnostics incorrectly shows Country: US

I enabled Brave Rewards on September 7, 2026 and successfully connected my self-custody Solana wallet.

Notification Ads and New Tab Page Ads are enabled, and I am receiving Brave ads normally through Linux desktop notifications. However:

Total ads received this month remains at 0

even after receiving multiple Brave notification ads.

I checked brave://rewards-internals, and I noticed that:

Rewards country: KW
Payout account: Connected
Payout method: Solana self-custody
Ad Diagnostics country: US

The Country: US value appears incorrect. I am physically located in Kuwait and I am not using VPN, Proxy, or Tor.

My public IPv4 address is:

RIPE WHOIS identifies it as:

Cloudflare also detects my location correctly:
