Brave opens slowly and sometimes shows black screen on iPhone 12 (iOS 26.2.1, 64 GB)

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with Brave on my iPhone 12:

•	The app opens very slowly.

•	Sometimes it shows a black screen for a few seconds or does not load properly.

Device details:

•	iPhone 12

•	iOS 26.2.1

•	Storage: 64 GB

I’ve tried:

•	Restarting the phone

•	Closing and reopening Brave

•	Clearing browsing data

The issue happens consistently and affects normal use.

Has anyone experienced this? Any tips or official workarounds would be appreciated.

The Brave app is updated to the latest version 1.86.
