Description of the issue: Brave opens in a different window in the panel just like Tor browser.
Origin Build type (standalone or upgraded): Upgraded (Linux).
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Operating system: Vendefoul Wolf Linux (with cinnamon DE) and Brave version: Brave 1.93.129 (Official Build) (x86_64)
Additional Information: Before the last update, when I opened Brave, it would only open via the 3rd icon on the bottom left (marked in red) as it should. But after the last update, whenever I open Brave, it opens another window (bottom right red marked), instead of opening via the left side’s brave on the panel.
