Brave not remembering password for single site

Description of the issue:
Brave not remembering password for single site for one login on one computer.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Password remembered for same site in Brave browser if login user is changed or if login is on another machine.
  2. The site of interest is not in the “never remember” list.
  3. Dropdown list of logins does not include ****'d out password, just login options.

Expected result:
Remembered password for this site on login and future login attempts.
