Brave keeps switching between dark and light mode

I think this will be fixed when this is implemented:

Use upstream's theme mode instead of our own

### Platforms Linux, macOS, Windows ### Description As upstream started to su…pport theme mode, we don't need to maintain ours for dark/light theme. ### TEST After this change, browser will have theme per profile. Each profile can have different theme mode. Previously, all profiles share same theme mode(light, dark or device) #### Test with clean profile 1. Launch Brave 2. Create many profiles and check each profile can have different theme mode ### Test with existing profile 1. Launch Old version Brave (not including this change) 2. Set dark mode and shutdown 3. Launch new version Brave (including this change) 4. Browser should be dark 5. Create new profile 6. New profile should have device mode(default)
