Hi,
I’m having an issue with Brave Search Images. The image thumbnails don’t load and appear as black placeholders instead. This only happens in Brave Search Images.
Google Images and other image search engines work normally in the same Brave browser, so the issue seems to be specific to Brave Search.
I’ve already tried:
- Disabling Shields.
- Clearing cache and site data.
- Using a private window.
- Creating a new Brave profile.
- Disabling hardware acceleration.
- Changing/disabling Secure DNS.
- Restarting and updating Brave.
None of these solved the problem.
I’m using:

- Operating System: Windows 11
Is this a known issue, or is there anything else I can try?
