Title: Brave holding file handle lock on downloaded PDFs

Description:
When saving/downloading PDFs in Brave, the browser keeps a handle lock on the file. When editing in Foxit Reader, saving throws a “Read-Only / File in use” error. Closing Brave releases the file lock immediately.
Can you share a screenshot of the error? Also to clarify, are you seeing this after downloading the file, opening it in Foxit locally? Or is there extension you’re using in the middle of the process?
From what I just saw, the issue is with Foxit. Other PDF readers allow me to edit and save, but Foxit seems to think the PDF is still linked to the browsers, so it won’t let me overwrite the file—only save a copy.
