Brave help is not reachable

I tried to contact you through your help pages, but all links give 404 error.

I just wanted to ask why brave keeps logging me out of my uphold account. This is an issue, but worse is that every time I log in again my balance is reset so I lose all my BAT since you keep resetting my ad count.

  1. stop resetting the counters since not every login is a new user.
  2. I have brave installed on my familty devices and all linked to the same uphold account. Even if I have a professional and personal account this causes issues since my laptop and phone are also considered separate devices so the “multipe account” excuse is not acceptable.

I like your privacy settings, but even tehn I would lke to have useful software, otherwise I might just start using edge if I want crapware.

Hello! Would you mind providing the links where you see a 404?

You only earn while you have a valid payout account (such as an active/non-restricted Uphold account, or a Solana address) connected. Rewards won’t be able to accumulate for non-connected profiles. Once you connect a profile, your ads counter is reset and you are eligible for payment for ads viewed.

You can submit a request to us directly here: https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=1900000382047

Thanks!

  1. I get the error on your help start screen(https://support.brave.app/hc/en-us) when i click any link.

  2. I have an active uphold account. The only frustration i have is that whenever i get logged out(i dont mind logging in again sonce security is important), i do mind losing my rewards.

If 1 BAT is about 100 ads, so when i have saved 80, its frustrating to lose them, even if the actaul value is $0,01. Counting this for 1 milion users world-wide, this is a big amount and looks more like a scam to trick users into watching ads, getting you clickbate and rich. I hope thats not your goal, but that is the impression this gives to me.
