Brave downloads : After a file has been downloaded the popup wont close unless clicked on x

Hi there ,
Im in linux mint : latest brave
After the download of a file the popup doesnt close on clicking outside the popup nor it does closes automatically .

Clicking the x icon to close the popup is too irritating .

Thanks for the opensource programe .
