According to this : I can't start up my Brave Browser! - #4 by Mattches
brave.exe --user-data-dir=C:\Users[your user name]\Desktop\test
makes Brave browser awake back.
Profile folder get issued with the new version.
I redo my profile and get default folder back.
That’s works now !
