Description of the issue:
Brave crashes on entering non-latin character in URL field

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Create a new profile
  2. Open the profile
  3. Focus the URL field
  4. Enter single cyrilic character

Expected result:
No crash

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave version: 1.80.120 (Official build) 64 Bits
Chromium version: 138.0.7204.101

Additional Information:
Started a few week ago after update.
