My screenshots are the same as @optimus . Everything is off. The options when hitting that notification from the mac I think says allow or don’t allow. I always click don’t allow.

I think I have found the solution. It is actually the Brave ads. This has nothing to do with website notifications. You have to turn off the in-browser ads.
