Brave browser not opening forwards

Forwards always go to blank page. Compared URLs on other browsers and have verified that they work.

Checked through all settings but don’t see any option related to forwards.

Brave browser - forwards not opening

Most links work just fine. It’s just some. Here are two URLs that have failed for me today. In chrome both take me to active pages.
