# Brave Browser Doesn't Pay hello i'm firat I had batcoin in my account, now it doesn't show

**Briefly describe your issue:**

batcoin has been around since 2019. I can’t sell it and send it to my bank account. I cannot operate. I am waiting for your support. Good job.

If your wallet is verified with Uphold, then the issue you’re having is likely due to Uphold’s new CDD requirements.
