Description of the issue:
Recently my Brave Browser suddenly froze, so I force quitted it, then I couldn’t open it, so then I tried to restart, and I couldn’t, then Shut down, I still couldn’t, then I tried to force shut down, still can’t. So I waited until my battery goes to 0, I turned on my laptop again and it is still like this. I tried to delete it but it says that I couldn’t delete because it is still open. Do you know how to fix? Thanks

To open like normal, or be able to delete it.
