Brave bowser freezing while watching video

I’m experiencing an issue where Brave completely hangs during video playback. The only way to resolve it is to minimize the browser or drag the window. It seems like a rendering or UI refresh issue. https://youtu.be/O9XYEFnDaDM

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Just open browser watch a video. Then try to use second screen.

Expected result: The video should play smoothly without freezing the browser UI.

Os : Win 11 pro
System : R5 5600, rtx 3060 12GB, 32gb ddr4 ram.
