# Brave Android no puedo reclamar las recompensas

**Description of the issue:**  
Desde hace mese cuando quiero reclamar las recompensas en el celular, me aparece un mensaje que dice “Ups, ha ocurrido un error. vuelve a intentarlo mas tarde” a pesar de tener la billetera verificada, el error persiste.  
**How can this issue be reproduced?**

1. Ir a pestaña nueva
2. Seleccionar la notificación en brave rewards
3. Click en reclamar

**Expected result:**  
Saldo cargado

**Brave Version( check `About Brave`):**  
Brave 1.36.116

**Mobile Device details**  
Android 10; Build/QKQ1.190910.002

**Additional Information:**  
El problema continua y lleva asi desde siempre, desde el dia que instale la app no he recibido ninguna recompensa y si he recibido anuncios, al revisar, este mes he recibido 54
