Brave Ads suddenly stopped showing

I’ve been using Brave Rewards/Brave Ads for a while and was receiving ads regularly. Recently, the ads simply stopped appearing, even though everything in the settings page looks normal.

This happened both on PC Brave and on mobile. No ads are showing and I’m not earning any BAT from ads anymore.

No error messages appear, the Rewards page looks fine, but the ad history is not updating.

Does anyone else have this issue on the latest Brave version?

Is there any way to force Brave to fetch ads again, or is this a known bug/regional issue?

You might need to Reset Brave Rewards

Before you reset Brave Rewards, you can always go into ‘brave://rewards-internals’ and copy down the information in the “General info” tab. This may help Brave Support assist you, as it will allow Brave Support to reference your previous Brave Rewards profile.
