There is no option to select in the settings for appearances to choose a bottom appearing address bar.
Should be in Settings > Appearance > Address bar. Can you share a screenshot of what your Appearance page looks like?

Android zfold7 newest update … and never has it been available to me since purchasing
I know that option isn’t available on tablets; Chromium/Brave might be treating foldables that way when unfolded. Try folding it shut—so the display is like a smartphone’s—and restart the app.

Yeah I don’t think we support this for tablets at this time.
