As shown in the screenshot, Brave is detected by deep instinct’s Behavioral Analysis as exhibiting Ransomware Behavior.
As a company employee, I have no access to view or modify any settings in deep instinct.

Brave Beta 142.1.85.87 is working normally at the time of posting.
The previous Brave version might have been normal or was not detected as suspicious during installation.

Hello - It appears your companies threat detection software is falsely identifying Brave as Ransomware. If you don’t have permission to change it, you’ll likely need to contact your local IT department to resolve the matter.
