# Blank White Browser Window When Opening Brave

**Description of the issue:**  
I get only a blank white Window when I open Brave. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version. I tried installing both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions.

**How can this issue be reproduced?**  
Any time I try to open a Brave browser window.  
**Expected result:**  
To get a functioning Brave browser window.

**Brave Version( check `About Brave`):**  
The very latest version available for download.

**Additional Information:**

I am using Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

I used the instructions by Sampson found here to correct this problem:
