Problem:
The Bitwarden autofill popup appears correctly in Brave.
However, when I tap on the suggested login credentials,
nothing gets autofilled into the username or password fields.
This sometimes works once after a restart, but then stops working again.
The popup still shows up, but tapping the credentials does nothing.
What I already tried:
- Bitwarden set as the Android Autofill Service
- Bitwarden Accessibility Autofill enabled
- Brave integration in Bitwarden enabled
- Brave built-in autofill and password saving disabled
- Battery optimization disabled for Bitwarden (set to unrestricted)
- Restarting Brave and Bitwarden
- Re-selecting Bitwarden as Autofill Service
I have tried basically everything, but the issue still persists.
Expected behavior:
Tapping a Bitwarden autofill suggestion should always fill in the credentials.
Actual behavior:
The autofill popup appears, but tapping the credentials does not autofill anything.
