### Description Users frequently request the ability to toggle the `Auto Dark M…ode for Web Contents` feature flag (`#enable-force-dark`) on/off in the browser, the same way users can enable/disable the browser theme, rather than having to enable/disable a flag for it every time. Keeping it as a flag requires that users have to visit the `brave://flags` page, enable/disable the flag and then relaunch the browser each time, which can be arduous. Additionally, it would be useful to have the ability to enable/disable this feature on a per-site basis -- perhaps via an icon in the address bar, main menu, or keyboard shortcut.
