Hello, It happens frequently for the audio on YouTube, but also on other sites, to get delayed at one point, and this happens only in Brave, I also tried with other browsers. Can somebody help me?

Update: It’s a Chromium issue. Chromium Starting with Chromium 136 it was fixed, so we’ll have to wait until then.

The same issue also occurs on Vivaldi browser: [image] Audio desynchronizes from videos if I move to other tabs. If I play something on a website, and I switch on another tab, I noticed that after a while (can't tell exactly how much time) the audio is no longer synchro... …

Anyone can confirm this is a bug from the browser? On Opera and Chrome these issues don’t happen.

@pilis Do you suspect, that mouse arrow movement, may be a common factor for BOTH: the display issue you have reported? the above “desynchronizes from videos” issue?

It might be possible, but… on the Vivaldi side it was confirmed at the end that there is indeed a bug with the audio not being synced anymore with the video. Also, on other browsers that rescaling issue doesn’t happen.

You use the term “rescaling” . . . and I do not quite understand your usage. Is the resolution of the display, actually shrinking and then enlarging back to “normal”?

No, it’s not the resolution. It’s that jigglying effect you noticed but I don’t really know the correct word to describe it. I’m not an English native speaker, by the way :))

Is this the same problem I posted? Theres a delay, but it keeps catching up, and it depends on if the mouse is over the video window or not. Youtube lagging with dropped frames when interface is visible
