when I saw the claim reward and it’s only .25 and hope brave support must solve this issue. Why every month have such kind of distribution error ?

If you went the bank and deposited $100 but then look at your account and there is only $10. Might question that eh?
Think about this. They get say $1 mil from Coinbase to run ads on our devices. Now they are supposed to distribute say 750k to us in BAT which isn’t “Free”. Then this “issue” happened and whoops everyone we are going to just give everyone 2 BAT this month. “Sorry”. Now let’s say that 2 BAT to everyone was worth 500K. Look at that! They just got 250K more that month.

It’s not about the BAT necessarily. It’s about some shady A$$ practices! And if this is an ongoing “issue” for real. Then they might wanna re-evaluate their staff. I don’t know what you do @IanMoone but in my field if you can’t cut it you get cut.

They try to block limit BAT and stucks other things
Lot of BAT loose before this issue

yeah, I get it dude, that’s why I’m waiting it out… (just like all my previous experience similar to this) Many already left brave because of this and I understand, but I came here because of the other things the browser offered to me, that was not done on my previous browsers… that’s why I don’t put too much expectations to everything so as not to dismay myself… (but that’s just me I guess.)

My experience with the rewards these past 2 months have been horrible. One browser just stopped getting ads or recieving the pendig rewards for february.
Two other browser have recieved only 20% ~ 30% of what was pending due to “unreconciled” tokens to top that I haven’t recieved a single contact from the support team (wich I know is very small) and now this. Aparently there is something off with the system but everywhere I see people saying “It has always been like this”.
I hope it gets fixed soon.

brave is paying you from their ads income and its kind of charity because anywhere u see people take money to go ad free and no browser pays u money for seeing ads except brave, all browsers will keep it for it self wont give u a penny. Moreover google chrome will steal your data and u can see ads related to your own data how it sounds? creepy right?
Just stop complaining, every software will have bugs they will fix soon you will get your rewards back dont worry, i have been using brave for so long and i know if there is any issue it will be resolved in time And you dont have any right either to insult them and remember its kind of charity no one will give money for seeing a small little notification like thing. I hope you understand.

Using Brave is the choice of each individual. And if someone promises A and delivers B, it’s the right of the aggrieved users to speak up. Why are you so worked up and defending Brave?
It’s not like the users are trying to scam Brave, they are just asking for what was promised and not given to them.

So at least they don’t claim to be a very much privacy centric and also that we are paying you back for seeing ads, but brave does. We are not against Brave, but Brave is against of what it promises.
