Hello! The referral program is certainly still active (https://brave.com/refer). You can share your links anywhere, including on Facebook to your friends or in emails to your friends. It is simply a URL that looks like this: https://brave.com/red194.
As long as the users you are bringing in are real and not fraudulent (bots, virtual machines, etc.), you are good to go!

not like the belacam because I advertise their site but they banned me as soon they got lots of people from my advertisements.
