Any future plans with partnering with an anti-virus company (eg. Norton,Kaspersky…etc.)
for an integrated anti-virus program within the browser.???

There truly was no need to necropost in a 7 year old thread, for a topic you already start. 
Have All Chrome Browser extensions be scanned with newest versions of anti virus before being posted to the extension store !! Also check for malicious coded back doors !!
