Android address bar caches previous address during animation

When on a page with a scroll if you scroll down the page to the point the address bar disappears when scrolling up it will display the address of a previously visited page. This includes addresses from a separate tab and can show incognito addresses on a non-incognito tab

Initial steps to get to this state aren’t known. Seems to occur intermittently but once it’s stuck the steps to reproduce are:

  1. Scroll down page until address bar hides
  2. Hold finger on screen and scroll up until the address bar reappears
  3. Address bar will show the address from a different site

Expected result:
Should show the address for the current page
