**Briefly describe your issue:** I had an update from brave browser mobile android and suddenly my bat is gone. First, it displayed still and now it gives me 0 as balance. I didn’t do uninstall or ever. What happens with it? Hope this could be resolved. **What Operating System and Brave version are you using (`Menu --> About Brave`)?** Brave 1.45.131, Chromium 107.0.5304.110 Android 11 **Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)** No **Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?** rewards yes. **Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)** No **Are you eligible for Brave Rewards ([see here](https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469-Supported-regions-for-verifying-Brave-Rewards-with-a-custodial-account-provider-) for list of supported regions)?** The Netherlands is not listed but the plan was to place it in a ledger in the future. **Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner ([see here](https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469) for list of supported regions)?** No **Does your device pass the [SafteyNet](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.freeandroidtools.safetynettest&hl=en_US&gl=US) check (Android only)?** Yes **Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner?** Yes ---
