Ambitious Side Tab Hover State Expansion

Ambitious Side Tab Hover State Expansion

Brave 1.92.141 (Official Build) (arm64)
When using side tabs in hover to reveal mode. If I have multiple Brave browser windows open and I hover over any of them, the sidebars open, even if they’re not active screens. And they do not collapse without specific action on each window.

The only way to close them is to make the brave window active and click on the exact tab that is active and then hover over the body of the page (un-hovering tab menu), to get the sidebar to close on EVERY window.

Example: if I have four Brave windows open and I have another application that’s active in front of them, just by moving my mouse across the screen to get to the active app, all of the sidebars open and will not close until I go and click on each active window AND each active tab and un-hover on every window.

The expected behavior: I’m okay with the side tab menu opening on hover as long as they close when I’m not hovering - active window or not. If I could just hover over any portion of the expanded left tab menu, and then un-hover, and the side tabs go into a collapsed state (whether active window or not), would be great.

Probably and easier fix - don’t expand side tabs unless its an active window.
