# All videos restricted, account got flagged due to adblock usage

**Was watching youtube normally and suddenly it wasn’t playing, so I go to check and it says video unavailable. I’ve had this before but even clearing all cookies and cache doesn’t work, and signing in in private didn’t fix it. Even have the issue on my phone now, and a different browser (Firefox in this case for the test) gives the same problem. It seems using the adblock as entirely flagged my account as unable to view videos. Interestingly the videos also lack a description or comments now.**

As an update as I write this, it _seemingly_ has gone away, however it could merely be temporary and as such I will be avoiding using the adblock on youtube and instead will be using the auto ad mute/skip plugins to avoid putting my account at risk for the time being.\*\*
