All of my password autofill information is GONE, what the hell do I do?

Restarted my computer, and discoved ALL of my passwords have completley vanished. Most of my customized browser settings were reset as well, and some plugins were disabled or messed with or something, (Including Lastpass, which makes this infinitely more difficult to deal with.) Bookmarks and history seem to be fine though. Is there any backup for the autofill information or anyway to get it back from some other place? The last browser I used with data I can import I havent touched in years and most of the important ones have been changed anyway, so that’s not a real option. What on earth could have caused such something so disastrous out of seemingly nowhere?
