After Brave starts it takes 10-15 seconds for any link to open.

Two weeks now. Doesn’t matter if Win 11 has been running1 minute or 1 month. Close Brave all the way, starts instantly on a click. Takes 10-15 seconds on the first link, regardless of where I’m trying to go. Every time. Cleared cookies, even ran cc cleaner and all but wiped my system clean. No effect. I disabled then removed all extensions, I’ve only use two and for 10 years at that. Uninstalled and reinstalled. At my wits end.
