Ah. I haven’t done this yet, and I haven’t come across another posting about this issue, so I can’t say one way or the other what might be the case, unfortunately.

Support is quite busy right now, I think, but I’m sure they’ll get to you as soon as they can, @Troy802. There are others here that are very helpful, too; maybe one will jump in here with more experience than I and help you out. Keep your post visible by bumping it every day or two.
