[Device Information]
- Device: Poco X7 Pro
- OS: Android 15 / Xiaomi HyperOS
- Country: Japan (JP)
- Verified Wallet: bitFlyer (Connected successfully with HTTP 200)
[The Problem]
I have completed all the settings for Brave Rewards and successfully linked my bitFlyer account. However, no ads are displayed, and the ad count remains at 0.
When checking brave://rewards-internals, I found a strange contradiction:
creative_new_tab_page_ads_util.ccshowsSuccessfully saved creative new tab page ads.- However, the Catalog ID is stuck on
X2VtcHR5X0pQ(_empty_JP). - Even after resetting Brave Rewards, the Device ID remains exactly the same (
4f93315c1560f7b2dd45156a04ac2a81094373e2695ce2ca980655b7a0ba80af), and the catalog does not update.

It seems like the Brave server or the local HyperOS environment is silently blocking the token refill process, forcing the catalog to stay empty (_empty_JP). Could the development team please look into this compatibility issue with the new Poco X7 Pro / HyperOS device profile? Thank you.
