Added sites Icons Dissapear

Icons on the new tab from added sites dissapear after a while, the only one that remains is the youtube one, any idea why?

Are you clearing cache or cookies once in a while? That may be it.

Nope, but even if i did, the youtube one should disappear too but it doesn’t, kinda weird tbh
