Briefly describe your issue:
I activated Brave Rewards a few weeks ago and connected a payout account. On November 1 the ad-counter reset (as expected), and I then watched approximately 22 ads on November 1 and 25 ads on November 2. However, the counter currently shows only 27 ads.

@narendramahara you already were answered about this the other day at Ad Count Decreasing After Reboot: Lost Ads Watched Record - #2 by Saoiray. Ads that pay 0 BAT don’t get counted.
All the ones you’re showing there is Brave’s house ads which pays nothing
The problem is that the same ads are being counted on my mobile, but not on my laptop.Also, I haven’t received any ads on my laptop since yesterday, while I’m still getting them on my mobile.
@narendramahara so let’s break it down.
Issue 1: Ads are counting on your mobile but not your desktop.
Part of me was wondering if your mobile is on the same version. But before I asked that, I went another way of looking. Weirdly enough the changelog, which is where they show all the things they change in each version, for Android does not show this Rewards change yet.
I do not know why they wouldn’t have introduced the change to Android yet? To be very clear, whether it counts them or not, you’re not getting paid for seeing them. So while it’s counting it’s just going to be more misleading to you.
Let me tag in @Evan123 to see if he can answer why there’s this difference and if it might be getting introduced soon.
Issue 2: I haven’t received any ads on my laptop since yesterday
Each ad campaign designates which OS they display, the maximum amount of times ads can be viewed, etc. For example, screenshot below is ad ad campaign that shows for Android only 
It also shows the view limit is to see it up to 4 times per day, for a maximum of 26 times.
So how often you see ads will vary depending on your region, how many ad campaigns there are in that region, if you have hit view limits, your browsing activity and history, which OS you’re on.
We’re never guaranteed to see ads, but Brave will show them when they are able. Keep in mind they have as much incentive to make sure you see as many ads as possible as they are getting paid for it.
