Description of the issue:
Unable to access my private virtual server, keeps telling me that the site can not be accessed, although I am able to access the server from all other browsers.

Additional Information:
I have tried to shutdown the shield, and it will not let me do that.
I have deleted the cache completely, restarted the browser, restarted the computer and still I am not able to access this site. As I said this is a private virtual server running at IP [https://74.208.160.243:8443]
